| PSR Agency Limited was formed
in 1993 and is now a multi-million pound concern specialising in unskilled
temporary placements, mainly within the Public Sector (local and central
government, NHS trusts and their contractors etc.) According to Dun &
Bradstreet, PSR has been the second largest private employer in its London
Borough since 1996 and we're still growing! Things are looking busier now than
ever before. So busy, that PSR now has an administrative office in New York, as
well as our large London facility. Since we began to offer our services outside
of the Public Sector, a large number of blue-chip Private Sector companies have
been added to our client list. Our wide range of services covers the whole
sector of industrial/unskilled staffing. Put simply, it's all we do. We don't
"dabble" in industrial work - it is everything to us. So we have to get it
right every time. |

| With over fifteen thousand
applicants and workers on our database and in our employment, the staff in our
office are very skilled indeed (they have to be, and you can read all about
them by selecting "Our Staff" below). In addition, PSR is the envy of many
private companies with its state-of-the-art in-house software systems. We have
one of the most all-encompassing Equal Opportunities policies in the business.
We're so proud of it that (unlike many other companies who keep the nuts and
bolts of their policy secretly filed away) we have reproduced the entire policy
here (the link is over on the left of your screen). It's not just our Equal
Opportunities Statement, it's the whole thing and it's not copyrighted (and can
be adapted to suit any company governed by English Law). So feel free to
plagiarise and help us lead by example! As if all this wasn't enough, we're
also full members of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation).
The REC is there to make sure that our services always meet the highest
possible industry standards; there's a link to the REC website on our home
page. We're also committed to attaining the Investors In People Award as a
precursor to our application for ISO 9002 quality service status. The staff in
our office are trained by the REC, and our Director is a member of The
Institute of Directors; he has won several international awards for the style,
quality and professionalism of his leadership. In short, you can rest assured
that we know what we're doing! |
