Director

Chris Gibson
MInstD, MREC
Chris has a wide experience in the industry. He
specialises in formal tenders and quality service of bulk public sector
contracts - prestigious contracts upwards of 30 staff per booking. He is
responsible for work involving hospital cleaning, school bus driving, AIDS/HIV
care, catering, portering etc. Chris
is a CIEH certified
Professional Trainer and
advises both public and
private sector organisations
on customer service policy,
and the implementation of
the Asylum, Immigration
Act and the Police Act in
the workplace; he is seen
regularly on British and
international television
screens. Chris has won several international awards for
his professionalism and the style of his leadership. He is PSR's founder
and proudly leads a team of experienced recruitment
professionals.

Nikki
Deegan MREC
Nikki is responsible for the servicing of some 70 or
so contracts with a database of around twelve thousand employees; no mean feat!
Her specialist area is the industrial sector and she can always help with
information about staffing or about work in this field. She is assisted by
Billy.

Payroll Manager
and Company Secretary

Maureen
Antill
Maureen has the
unenviable responsibility of running one of the largest weekly payrolls of any
private company in London! Check out the "Strange-But-True" section of our site
to see just what she's up against. Her job sometimes involves her working
right through the night to make sure that her department delivers in time for
our weekly deadlines. She controls an extremely high tech suite of
software and hardware, our local and wide area networks, and more paper-based
reports and printouts than would fill an average house!

Billy
Jackson MREC
Billy has been with PSR
for several years now and works closely with Nikki,
temp controlling. He deals with temp bookings and interviews
and arranges the training of PSR's temporary staff.
Billy is a CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental
Health) Certified Professional Trainer having qualified
in 2004.
