In 2003, PSR unveiled a first for Europe; touch-screen computer-based training in Basic Food Hygiene, Intermediate Food Hygiene, Foundation Health & Safety at Work, Fire Safety and Manual Handling (including the Manual Handling of Patients) - all to Chartered Institute of Environmentah Health (CIEH) levels.  At the same time, all of our consultants (and even the Managing Director) became CIEH Certified Professional Trainers. So our staff are able to add the "human touch" to our training whenever it's needed.  At the beginning of 2004, we also added another first - our Infection Control In Hospitals course; this training has now become compulsory for ALL staff that we send to NHS and private sector hospital sites.

Our customers also have FULL (secure) access to our online training records via the Internet; this means that they can look up the training records of any member of our temporary workforce to make sure that all the relevant courses have been taken and passed.
